Dear Sir, one of my friends is Hindu and he married to a Muslim girl in an Arya Samaj Temple. Thereafter, he filed a protection writ in Allahabad High Court and got an order in which it is directed to them that they need to register their marriage at the office of marriage registrar within one week, but he got the order of the court order a little later by his lawyer. When he got it, he went to the office of marriage registrar who demanded 6000 rupees as bribe for which he was ready to pay but further he said that he would send notice to both the concerning parties. My friend was afraid of and he had taken back his documents because he does never want it to be known to the family members of the girl until the process is done. Then he went to a lawyer who filled the form of online registration for their marriage which was cancelled without any reason. In such a scenario, who should my friend do… how will he be able to get his marriage registered as he has every documents ready.. but he does not have enough time because his and his wife’s exam is over and when once the girl will go her home, it will be very difficult to bring her back from there. Plz help him by telling some suitable ways to me so that I can show him right path with your help. Thank you very much.
