1. Dear sir, I would like to ask you that is first cousin marriage in Indian Constitution is legal or not. As i belong to a hindu family from north india I know that according to Hindu Marriage Act it is not possible. But still in south india people get marry to their first cousin and it is very common out there. I would like to know that if any person do this kind of marriage, so is it punishable ? Is it Legal ? Is it valid ? please give reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

    India is blessed to have a leader like you. Love is the basis of our existence and the reason why we are able to sustain on this earth as living beings. People should be made aware of the scientific reason behind love and attraction. According to nature’s law, all living beings need to reproduce to continue their race, all of us produce such hormones/pheromones because of which we find some people attractive and we would like to be with them to communicate our feelings of love and attraction. Love and attraction are the only emotions that balance our existence and will help human race to survive.

    When an Alpha male and alpha female get together to produce an offspring, then that offspring carries the genes of that race in highest quality. Every male gets naturally attracted to his alpha female and vice versa. That is why no one can just hook up with everyone who he/she meets in life. If we do not let alpha male and alpha female mate then following problems will arise:
    1. Good quality human genes carrier will reduce
    2. As this problem is only in India, People of Indian origin will be weaker than rest of the world.
    3. People with health problems due to inferior genes will rise in number
    4. No healthy society, no traditions, nothing will be left to protect in the name of culture and values.

    Do we want a inferior race with Indian Origin?  I want to question the people who mix LUST with LOVE ….LUST can never bring two people together for life, LOVE does.       You can file a Habeas Corpus writ Petition before the Hon’ble High (in whose jurisdiction girl resides) against her parents, if she has been illegally detained by her parents and if she is major and wants to marry you, then no body can stop you from doing this.
